The whole experience was amazing. What stood out for me and the family was the door men - who were very helpful and super friendly, the breakfast service team, the suite was was well appointed and had everything we needed for a traveling family of 5. I would definitely stay here when in NY.

I had not stayed since the remodel. Pleasantly surprised. Staff great, security excellent and location is the best. I will come back.

Your staff was excellent——from the doorman to reception. I would like to especially recognize your concierge, Ella. I had planned a wonderful trip with my granddaughter and with Ella’s help, it was perfect! She selected our NYC dining experiences, suggested special places for us to visit and took an interest in us everyday—-we had a friend in NYC! Also, thank you to Kathleen for sending a special birthday treat to our room! I will be back next year—— thank you for a memorable visit!

This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed with you. I feel so at home there. Your staff is exceptional——from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping! I loved being on the 20th floor with a wonderful view of the City. I will be back again——same time next year! Happy New Year to all, Barbara
