Your staff was excellent——from the doorman to reception. I would like to especially recognize your concierge, Ella. I had planned a wonderful trip with my granddaughter and with Ella’s help, it was perfect! She selected our NYC dining experiences, suggested special places for us to visit and took an interest in us everyday—-we had a friend in NYC! Also, thank you to Kathleen for sending a special birthday treat to our room! I will be back next year—— thank you for a memorable visit!

Very close to Broadway less than a mile. Close to Madison Avenue for high end shopping. Felt very safe. Located on Park Ave. Happy hour daily. Room service and concierge. Snacks in the room and a mini bar. The bellman were great especially Isaac. All of the staff is helpful. Concierge assisted in booking a ticket for 911 Memorial and printed it for me.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool and fitness center. I highly recommend Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Location was perfect especially for first time visitors to NYC. Near Central Park, 5th Ave strip, Subway lines and in center of everything for car/cab rides. It was also a very nice breakfast for the restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating with questions. Super clean.
